You have 7 working days in which to return items purchased from Ayres Violins which you are not happy with. You will need the original receipt as proof of purchase.
The items must be in the same condition as they were sold to you.
Strings must be unused (if faulty, see below)
Ayres Violins will fully refund you for any items returned within the seven day period, with the original receipt and still in a brand new condition.
If you paid by card, you will need to have this card with you in order for us to process the refund. We cannot refund you in any other way than the form of original payment.
If you purchase any strings/accessories from us and find them to be faulty, you have one month from the date of purchase to return them. Ayres Violins will then look into the fault and decide what action to take.
