Valuations and Insurance

Paul Ayres provides a valuation service for instruments and bows, for both insurance and Probate purposes. If you require a valuation, please contact us to arrange an appointment and bring with you any documentation and paperwork relating to the instrument or bow. It may be necessary to leave the instrument or bow with us for an agreed period, if any further research is required. A receipt will be issued on request.

**PLEASE NOTE that all valuations will incur a charge.

Written insurance valuations, signed by Paul Ayres, are issued the same day, where possible.

Paul Ayres is a long standing valuer, approved repairer and agent for Allianz Musical Insurance (formerly British Reserve) and he is, in addition, agent for New Moon Insurance. With over forty years’ experience behind him, he is happy to help in the event of a claim.
