Stradpet leather neck guard provides a neat solution to those who suffer from skin irritation caused by the chinrest barrels or violin endbutton.

The leather cover fits over the supplied chinrest, completely covering the rib and edge of the back to provide a comfortable and seamless shape. An inflatable bag fits into the suede shoulder pad, which can be inflated or deflated to provide the correct support. The shoulder pad can be attached and detached in seconds when putting the violin in or out of the case. The chinrest has Hill style legs, which firmly grip the instrument without excessive pressure.

In use the Stradpet feels very comfortable and can be used without the shoulder pad, enabling you to continue using your existing shoulder rest if you prefer.

Comes as a set including leather neck guard, chinrest, chinrest key, suede shoulder pad and two inflatable bags. All nicely packaged in a presentation box.
